As your coach, I’m here to make sure your training fits your life, not the other way around. We’ll focus on the big picture, your goals, your well-being, and your mental and physical health. We’ll tackle the mental hurdles and physical fatigue together, ensuring you’re always moving forward, feeling strong, and avoiding burnout.
Training isn’t just about mileage and pace. It’s about how you show up for yourself, day after day. Together, we’ll work to keep you motivated, listen to your body, and make sure you’re set up for success, on race day and beyond.

Running in Harmony Starts with Commitment
To truly train in harmony with your body, your life, and your goals, it takes time, and intention. That’s why I require a 16-week minimum commitment. This gives us the space to build consistency, adapt your training to real life, and help you grow without burning out. It’s the sweet spot for building lasting strength, confidence, and connection with your running.
