A running coach is more than just someone who gives you a training plan, I'm your guide, your strategy partner, and your sounding board. I design a program that fits your life, your body, and your goals. Whether you're juggling work, family, stress, or travel, your training should meet you where you are. I help you stay consistent, navigate setbacks, and train smarter, not harder. You’ll get ongoing feedback, adjustments when life throws a curveball, and support that goes beyond just pace and mileage. I’m here to help you show up, stay accountable, and reach the starting line healthy, confident, and prepared. You don’t need to figure it all out on your own. If you’re tired of second-guessing your plan, feeling stuck, or wondering if you’re doing enough (or too much), that’s where I come in. I bring the structure, perspective, and encouragement, so you can bring your focus to the run.
What's great about hiring me as your running coach, is that I am the architect of your highly personalized training program, that is based on your personal needs and goals as an athlete. My coaching style is inspired and influenced from a variety of programs I've tried including; Hal Higdon, Jeff Galloway, the Hanson's Method, and the FIRST programs. My programs include* running workouts, suggested cross training and prehab strength training workouts, and planned rest and recovery days.
Coaching with me is a personalized experience, not a one-size-fits-all plan. Your investment reflects the level of support, customization, and communication you’ll receive throughout your journey. I don’t offer generic programs, I coach the whole runner, and that takes care, time, and attention. If you’re curious about whether we’re a good fit, let’s chat. I’ll walk you through what’s included and what to expect.
It depends. To truly train in harmony with your body, your life, and your goals, it takes time, and intention. I require a 16-week minimum commitment. This gives us the space to build consistency, adapt your training to real life, and help you grow without burning out. It’s the sweet spot for building lasting strength, confidence, and connection with your running.
Not at all! I coach runners at every level. Whether you're just starting out, returning after some time off, or aiming to cross your first 5k, half marathon, or marathon finish line, I’m here to help. I especially enjoy working with runners who are setting new time or distance goals, no matter where you’re starting from.
Definitely! Thanks to tools like social media, email, Google Meet, and Loom, I can coach you no matter where you are. Virtual coaching makes it easy for us to connect and work together, wherever you call home!
Yes, I am a RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) Certified Coach. I also am trained/certified in Adult/Child CPR/First Aid and AED.
To be successful, you will need to be coachable, flexible and willing to try something new; be consistent, and most importantly the ability to trust the process of training. I also recommend that you get properly fit for a pair of running shoes and a sports bra (if that applies to you), so you can be comfortable.
Although I love the idea of being technology free, I find it best to use a device to better understand your running data. I use the Training Peaks platform to manage your training plan which requires a compatible GPS device. Unsure if yours is compatible? Check HERE
While I can’t provide specific nutritional advice or recommend supplements (since I’m not a registered dietitian or medical doctor), I can connect you with trusted professionals who specialize in those areas. Your health and well-being are important, and I want you to have the best guidance available.
While running can be a great way to improve overall health, including weight management, individual results can vary. My coaching focuses on helping you build a sustainable, healthy running routine tailored to your goals. However, weight loss isn’t guaranteed, as it depends on various factors. I’m here to support you in reaching your goals safely and effectively, with a focus on your overall well-being.
